Ronald de Boer, a famous Dutch footballer who spent most of his career playing for FC Barcelona and who is now an executive director of the Youth division of FC Ajax from Amsterdam, has been spending time with his family in Tivat, Montenegro. He arrived today with his three daughters and will be in Montenegro unti August 4th. He is residing in the hotel “Primavera” located on Pine, a prestige location in Tivat. De Boer actually came to Montenegro after his friend Damir Radončić, a famous Montenegrin handball player invited him here. Radončić has already given de Boer and his family a sightseeing tour — they went to Porto Montenegro, hotel “Forca Mare” in Dobrota and a restaurant called “Tramontana” in Morinje.
Radončić noted that de Boer also wants to see the future golf course in Luštica, as well as the football fields behind the Jaz beach.
De Boer’s first reactions were very positive — he said that he will be back in a month. “De Boer has been impressed with Porto Montenegro and said that he might invest personally. He also said that he likes the “Qatari Diara” project, because he has been choosen by Qatar as a promoter for the World Cup 2022 which will be played in the middle-eastern country,” said Radončić.
Ronald de Boer comes from the famous Ajax football school academy where he played along with his twin brother, Frank. His peak was when he was in Barcelona.
