Montenegro plans to issue another Eurobond in the 2nd quarter of 2011. This offering will raise as much as 180 million Euros. This bond follows Montenegro’s first Eurobond last September, which raised 200 million Euros.
September issued a maiden five-year 7.875 percent Eurobond, selling the entire tranche of 200 million euros. The price was set at 99.501, yielding 8.0 percent.
Finance Minister Milorad Katnic also announced that the government would seek international lenders to help raise 53 million Euros to finance infrastructure projects.
