Finally, all new draperies, bedding, and bath towels were purchased.

The reception area was refurbished, an Internet cafe was added to the lobby, and a television lounge was added next to the Deck Bar. The grand ballroom was upgraded with new lighting, carpeting, and drapes. The catering kitchen was also refurbished.

Phases two and three will add a new guest room tower, a spa, a fitness center, a new indoor-outdoor pool, and a casino.

Becovic Holdings is a privately-held U.S. investment company which was formed more than thirty years ago by Isa Becovic, a Balkan immigrant to the United States. Mr. Becovic stated, “I’m proud of the good quality we’ve achieved with this first phase of renovations at the resort. It was critical to the Becovic organization to display in this very initial phase of renovation, our commitment to quality amenities and high quality service, for our guests. Now we can focus on Phase two and Phase three. We’ve started.”
